## What Happens at a FoundersHub AI Meetup

Each FoundersHub AI meetup follows a consistent three-part format designed to maximize both learning and connection. Doors open at 18:30 for casual networking — this is when attendees arrive, grab refreshments, and catch up with familiar faces or introduce themselves to new members.

At 19:00, the main program begins with Show & Tell sessions. Three speakers each present for 20 minutes, demonstrating AI solutions they have built. Presentations cover a wide range of topics: enterprise AI integrations, startup MVPs built with AI tools, automation workflows, vibe-coding experiments, and creative applications of large language models. Speakers share not just what they built, but how they built it, what tools they used, and what lessons they learned. The audience actively participates with questions and suggestions.

From 20:00 onward, the evening shifts to extended networking and AI Discovery sessions. AI Discovery is a community problem-solving format where members bring real business challenges they are facing and the group collaboratively works through potential AI solutions. This is hands-on problem-solving, not theoretical discussion.
